Sverniciatore delicato is a water based varnish remover, which contains benzyl alcohol. It is non-caustic, non flammable and does not contain chlorinated hydrocarbons. Sverniciatore delicato is easily applied by brush or spatula and is suitable for both vertical-horizontal surfaces. It is formulated to remove varnishes from paintings or icons without affecting the paint layer. It is also ideal for removing overpaints, dust and smoke from delicate surfaces. After stripping, the surface should be cleaned thoroughly with adequate solvents or cold water.
