IN SITU accepts orders via telephone, fax, post and e-mail.

Shipment of merchandises
Merchandises of cost higher than 300,00 €, are dispatched free of charge in the county seat of recipient inside the Greek territory. For merchandises of lower cost a sum equivalent of the weight of the merchandises, the boxes of packing and the distance of the county seat of recipient is debited.

Transport of merchandises
The merchandises travel for the purchaser and with the responsibility of the latter.
In case of destruction of merchandises during transport, IN SITU does not bring any responsibility.
If the preference of way of transport is not specified by the purchaser , IN SITU has the right to dispatch the merchandises in any way we consider advisable.

Return of merchandises
The purchaser has the right to return the merchandises within twenty days since the issue of receipts of sale. After this time limit, returns can not be acceptable.
In any case, the returned merchandises should essentially be accompanied by relatively considered or stamped (in the case of public services) bulletins of return.

Payments
Payments become acceptable via cash, deposit in bank accounts of IN SITU, postal and simple cheques.
In any case, the invoices or the receipts are considered paid as long as IN SITU issues a receipt of payment.
